Our problems are not the problem. What appears to be the problem is the manifestation of the "problem". The real problem isn't even really a problem, just a judgement our mind has created about a thought, event, or circumstance in our life, telling us that it is "bad". The fact is nothing is either good or bad. It's all life. How are we interpreting it?
All that we perceive as problems can all be remedied by going deeper and tending to the root of it all which is alignment that we are either in accordance with or not. Either we are feeling good, enjoying life, in a state a gratitude or contentment, or complaining, unhappy, blaming others for your problems, and overwhelmed. The more we feel the latter, the more evidence of that misalignment that we will see or feel in our daily life. "Thoughts become things." - Mike Dooley
We are complex and phenomenal beings who have the ability to create our lives with the power of our minds through focus. Unfortunately we often use that power and focus observing and thinking about things that do not please us, and because we attract to us what we give, (Karma, law of attraction, call it what you will) we attract similar situations, thoughts, and feelings, and so it goes on.
Fixing the root of our misalignment means consciously focusing in ways that bring us more ease, and often times, that means choosing to give our attention away from the "problems", not trying to fix them, and focusing on things in our life we do like and enjoy, or that get us hopeful and excited. The more ease we have in our lives, the more clarity we have, and the more capable we will be to handle situations that may have otherwise turned into a problem. "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we use when we created them." - Albert Einstein
Mindartists tip: Meditate for 10 minutes everyday this week to assist you with easing any resistant thoughts and bringing you more in alignment. Focus on your breath. Often a simple mantra to repeat helps to stay focused. You don't have to sit in silence. There are plenty of guided meditations and you don't even need to close your eyes. You can meditate on a walk, in the shower, folding clothes etc. There is no excuse because you can meditate anywhere that allows you to quiet the mind.
