10 Things I Need To Say To My Best Friends
Isabelle Adler

You’re my everything, and I don’t tell you enough. My life wouldn’t be the same without you. To the late night drives, three hour FaceTimes, and constant conversation. To being my person always. To the things I don’t tell you enough.

1. You inspire me to be my best me.

The me that is willing to take risks and go after what I want. You’re that little voice in the back of my head or the text on my phone that pushes me to be my best. Thank you for growing and evolving with me. You encourage me to chase and my dreams and remind me that i'm a shining star always. You inspire me to be my best me.

2. You are a princess and deserve to be treated like one, too.

I’ll watch you get your heart broken time and time again but won’t forget to tell you each and every time that you’re incredible and deserve only the best. Your minor setback is only that, a setback and in no way shape or form defines you. You are worthy of a prince and when you find him, he will be so goddamn lucky.

3. I am blessed.

To have met my soulmates and forever friends so young. Blessed to have you to make any moment during any day at any time better. Blessed to have a friend who doesn't let distance ruin our bond. I am blessed to have a friend that always answers my tests, phone calls, and face times and any hour of the day. I am truly ~blessed~

4. My life would suck with out you.

I’d have no purpose to laugh, cry, or feel with out you in my life. My life would suck without waking up to your phone on my name every morning, the tags in the pictures I couldn't be there for, and the way you make me always like were together even when we are not.

5. You’re my number one fan.

Thanks. For always defending and supporting me. Thanks for always cheering me on.

6. I’m your number one fan.

No matter the circumstances I will always be your cheerleader telling you you’re amazing no matter how bad the fuck up. I got your back babe.

7. I need your honesty.

Without out, I'd make double the mistakes. For every harsh truth you have to give, thank you. In the long run, you have saved me time and time again.

8. You’re my rock(s).

Without you I’d be a lonely mess. You’re the boyfriend I always need and you'd never breakup with me. You hold me together and make my day to day easier.

9. You’re my family.

Friends, family, it’s all the same. 100% undoubtedly my sister from another mister.

10. I love you.

A lot.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
