Worship Lyrics To Reflect On
Threshold Ministries

You're singing worship songs in church or in the car when all of a sudden one of the lines you just uttered or heard speaks to you like never before. This may have been the first time or the five hundredth time you've heard the song, but for some reason, you never really focused on the lyrics until now.

You may have just heard a truth you have been desperately needing to hear for some time, or have just been left with goosebumps and in awe of how great our God is. Most of us those couple of songs that make us break down every single time we hear them, but these are a list of songs that give me chills and speak to my heart no matter how many times I hear them. I encourage you to listen to all of the songs and I pray that they will impact you just as they have impacted me.

How He Loves, David Crowder Band

This whole song brings me to my knees, but to be specific:

"He is jealous for me, loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, bending beneath, the weight of his wind and mercy."

"If His grace is an ocean, we're all sinking."

Desert Song, Hillsong United

"All of my life, in every season, you are still God. I have a reason to sing."

One Thing Remains, Jesus Culture

"Your love never fails, never gives up, never runs out on me."

Oceans, Hillsong United

"Your grace abounds in deepest waters."

Glorious Day, Casting Crowns

"Living He loved me, dying He saved me, buried He carried, my sins far away."

Come As You Are, David Crowder Band

"Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can't heal."

From the Inside Out, Hillsong United

"A thousand times I've failed, still your mercy remains."

How Deep the Father's Love For Us, Stuart Townend

"It was my sin that held Him there until it was accomplished; His dying breath has brought me life, I know that it is finished."

This Is Amazing Grace, Phil Wickham

"This is amazing grace, this is unfailing love, that You would take my place, that You would bear my cross."

Lead Me To the Cross, Hillsong United

"Rid me of myself, I belong to You."

I Can Only Imagine, MercyMe

This whole song brings me to my knees in amazement.

Lord, I Need You, Matt Maher

"And when I cannot stand I'll fall on You. Jesus, You're my hope and stay."

In Christ Alone, Natalie Grant

"There in the ground His body lay, light of the world by darkness slain: then bursting forth in glorious Day, up from the grave he rose again. And as He stands in victory, sin's curse has lost its grip on me. For I am His and He is mine, bought with the precious blood of Christ."

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
