My therapist told me it would be a good idea to treat myself to some self-love. And especially because Valentine's Day is on the horizon and I'm deprived of romance and physical human contact I might as well give myself a little ego boost. Plus, my therapist has a PhD for Christ's sake, I guess I should probably listen to her at least once or there went a decade of higher education down the drain...
