The game that has taken the country by storm. HQ.
If you have been living under a rock and have not heard of HQ, it is basically a trivia game that goes live twice a day. It consists of twelve questions and to win you must get every question correct. Usually, the prize is around $2000, and you share your winnings with everyone else who won that specific game.
I know many people who have played one or two games and concluded that the odds of them ever winning is very slim. While it is almost impossible to win this game, I am the person who will not give up. Every time I am not in class when the game is live, I am playing the game. I do not care about the stares and the comments of my friends who do not believe in me. There is nothing that will stop me from playing this game, well except class.
I know that the odds of me winning are so small that it is ~probably~ not worth it for me to stop my day twice for the chance to win what will probably add up to $10. I know all this, but I will keep playing. I'm sure many other people have this sentiment too, which is why the game is so popular.
Once you start playing, you want to keep trying and trying because you always think to yourself, "What if?" I got to question one time so basically, I will be playing this game until HQ runs out of money.
I refuse to let my friends take my hope away from me. I will keep trying and trying until I also win $11.30.
