The Sims video games are nostalgic of my childhood. I started by watching older cousins design house after house without letting me having a turn. As I grew older, I convinced my parents to buy me the disc and I would play on my dad's laptop. My most recent purchases have been The Sims 2 Super Collection ($20 on the app store for literally all of the expansion packs) and The Sims 4. While Sims 4 is very different from Sims 3, and I'm not sure that I like it yet, you can make your Sims much more realistic now! They've started to get some serious style. Here are seven Sim looks that might just inspire your next outfit or makeup!

1. This Silver-Haired Sim

I don't know many people who could rock the white/silver hair trend as well as this Sim! Her lips are perfectly pouty and I love the color. It's neutral enough, but also adds a pop of color to her look. Her bracelets add some shine to her otherwise matte look.

2. This Vampy Sim

I love this vampy edgy look! From the choker to that wing to that lip color, I am in awe. Any 90's kid at heart would rock this outfit with pride. This look would be great with an all black outfit.

3. This Super On Trend Sim

This Sim's outfit is so on point! From the tank straps to the leaf pattern bottoms, she looks like she stepped on out of a magazine. Her bright pink lips provide a contrast from the neutral colors of her outfit. And can we talk about #browgoals?

4. This City-Chic Sim

Her outfit screams, "Don't talk to me, I'm more important than you," and I love it. I can imagine this look in a fast-paced city, with her coat flapping behind her as she struts in her boots. I really like that the crop top is also a turtleneck!

5. This Smartly-Dressed Shopping Sim

First of all, I want to own this top in real life. A good peplum plus some stripes is the way into my heart. This top is paired with simple black pants and flats to let the shirt really shine on it's own.

6. This Comfy And Cozy Sim

Grey on grey on black on black is so chic. The heathered chunky turtleneck breaks up the grey affair with some bright white. Her sunglasses really elevate the look. She looks super warm while also being stylish!

7. This Date Night Sim

I think this outfit would be perfect for a date! It's simple, not too dressy, but also looks really good on her body. The peplum adds a flirty element, while the jeans and neutral shoes keep it down to Earth.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
