Writing is magical. When you finish writing up something, you are not the same person again. You feel transformed into a completely new person.
When I feel myself defeated and frustrated, I write my feelings on paper. I take the help of writing to express feelings hidden inside me. For me, writing works as a panacea to get rid of negative thoughts and thus build up self-confidence.
When we write a nice poem, there remains a glow in our face for several weeks. A good piece of writing gives us immense contentment. The mind becomes calm, cool and composed and we can think judiciously.
If you are a student, writing will help you memorize things well. There is no way to practice mathematics without writing. Students who practice the texts by writing are found to be more successful during the exams.
Writing doesn’t just mean a subjective detail of the technical things or the core academic issues: it can be anything. It can be the explanation of your last date with your girlfriend or even the taste of the coffee you have bought at Starbucks. It can even be the explanation of the dream that haunted you last night.
Writing doesn’t only mean a serious talk on a philosophical issue or a fiction or poetry, but it is more the expression of feelings and the hidden thoughts. I remember one of my friend who has the habit of writing his daily affairs in a diary. This is a nice way to express your pain and sorrows. This is also a nice way to keep the daily accord of your life. When there is no one in his world to listen to you, you can spill your words in the paper and lighten your heart.
These days, you can type the words in your computer or you can even tab the virtual keys of your smartphone, but there is nothing in the world as pleasant and magical as rubbing the nib of the pen against the white sheets. There is not any better text editor available in this world than pen and paper.
