I believe in the power of love.

I shamelessly, naively, hopelessly, stubbornly, stupidly, whatever you want to call it believe in the power of love to change people and the world, and today I was extremely disappointed and hurt because someone tried to make me feel stupid for even thinking like that.

“Love is a fantasy. It is fiction and it’s there for a few days and leaves like a whisper only leaving you empty,” she said.

I don’t usually get upset from someone criticizing my thoughts or even me. I am a human, I make mistakes, I misunderstand, I misinterpret, I get confused, I can be wrong -- I understand that and so I accept the criticism.

But I will not accept this one.

I am an observer by nature, I don’t decide on things too easily and I think very carefully of my beliefs before sharing them with others, and when I say I believe in love, I believe in every inch of it. I have observed it, I have experienced it, I have felt it, and I try my best to exhibit it and I do not have to have romantically fallen in love to believe that, but I know that the power of love is unsurpassable. Be it between God and His creation, a child and parent, between siblings, between friends, between lovers, between humans and things -- love changes people and the world the way the small rotation of the Earth creates a sunrise and leads to the bright day.

You know, people have had bad experiences with what they thought was “love” and call it an awful experience. I may not be someone to talk, but I have seen that if you were hurt because of “love,” that was not love. That was jealousy, insecurity, ignorance, hatred. It was not love. So don't ever lose hope in love and don't let the people around you lose hope in love.

Don't hate. Don't hate. Don't hate.

It's a burden you can't handle. It's a burden that will not erase hate. It's going to trap you, it's going to choke you, it's going to take away your innocence, it's going to hurt you, hurt you, hurt you. So don't.

There is love everywhere.

If you exhibit it, it will find you.

Start by loving, man.

Be happy and make others happy.

Love awaits your beautiful presence.

Love is a reality. It is present and it is infinite, and it can only fill you and the world. But you have to start loving to start seeing.
