Despite our best efforts, everyone judges one another, whether you notice it or not. It can over the simplest thing. But to judge someone for trying to better themselves, is such a shame.
Judgment can be such an ugly thing. To have other “adults” make smart remarks, it’s so embarrassing.
A few months ago, I was line at Planet Fitness, you know the “judgment free” zone and to hear two grown women chuckle about myself and other women who are bigger, make stupid comments that were hurtful.
These women who were ahead of me in line started chuckling to themselves and making comments about other women as well.
These grown women in their 30’s, who got their jollies by making fun of a woman who was working hard to positively deal with the issue that they were currently laughing at her for, how can people be so quick to judge others about their body image.
Judgment keeps us from understand another person's situation, it shuts us down and makes us completely miserable.
People don’t know what others are going through, but to simply judge someone for trying to be healthier is such a disappointment.
Stop being so close minded, don’t judge others based on appearances, and without knowing them, because you don’t know what others are dealing with. Instead of being so ignorant we should be pushing them with encouragement .
