You ever stop to think about how certain events pan out in life, thinking they are too coincidental? Ever read a story that doesn’t seem to add up? There are many of these same stories that occur, and don’t really merit the attention they deserve. It’s basic human psychology that we look further into the details of a story that the mainstream media does not report. Is there a cure for cancer? I’m sure there is; the government just so happens to have it under lock and key. Area 51, located out in Nevada, could be a breeding ground for top secret governmental projects hidden from the public. Sandy Hook, the Boston Marathon bombing, the list is endless as far as conspiracies that involve the loss of human life.
However, sometimes life events require no reading between the lines or attempting to decipher coded language that something is definitely amiss. These events require us to just use basic common sense and what is presented in front of our eyes, be it in print or telecast.
A tantalizing, yet tragic event conspiracy theorists cling to is ‘the truth behind 9/11.’ We’ve all heard the rhetoric of: ‘jet fuel can’t melt steel beams’, ‘George W. Bush planned for these attacks to happen’, and similar quotes from people trying to disprove what was reported to us: A bunch of psychotics that hate us and our way of life, rightly or wrongly so, got a hold of four airplanes, and flew them into the World Trade Center towers, the Pentagon, and into a field outside of Pittsburgh. I never have been a complete conspiracy theorist; whatever happens that affects my loved ones or me, I take and accept at face value. I don’t do the synthetic rebellion to ‘fight the man.’ People that believe the likes of INFOWARS, Alex Jones, et al, and argue with basic facts can be summed up with one characterization: spoiled children who wish to disagree with mother and father’s view of things.
The idea that the World Trade Center was a controlled demolition, and the Pentagon exploded out of nowhere: the former is impossible to believe, the latter has maybe a touch more credence to it.
I have a brother that worked in construction and carpentry for roughly a year. Even with the lack of experience, he could give a great testimonial that it would be close to improbable to cart in explosives, bombs, and things of that ilk onto a job site, finished or not, and drill holes in major support beams, stretch wire under pressure, and set up M-80’s without:
1. Somebody, be it office workers during the day, the cleaning crew at night, or security camera viewers not noticing or knowing what is going on, and not question what you are doing
And
2. Have enough time, effort, and people to coordinate an undertaking of the set up that would be necessary to pull off such a feat in a large building, let alone TWO of the formerly biggest buildings in the world.
The reason why I would not give a pass for the destruction of the Pentagon is that, given the context of all the mayhem that occurred that day, you’d be hard-pressed to find anybody that doesn't believe that a plane was hijacked that day, and flew it into the building that is the home to our military. To sum it up: Where there is smoke, there is fire. Benefit of the doubt would be given to this group of people based on shoddy video camera recordings of said explosion.
Building 7 of the World Trade Center was not a controlled demolition. The basic fact is that the building collapsed underneath all the debris pressure that came from the North Tower, and caused structural damage to Building 7 located right behind it. Combined with a water pressure system that was grossly inadequate enough to fight the fires, and the raging inferno inside Building 7, it collapsed under the pressure of all the wreckage from that day in Manhattan.
It is okay to be angry with persons charged with prevention of this tragedy and others because of complete incompetence and negligence. I’ll stand with you in solidarity. I’ll be the shoulder to cry on because you felt robbed and violated, and stand up to, and call out groups responsible for maintaining yours, mine, and our safety for failure to provide said safety. However, being completely rebellious against the government, and be involved in rob mob rule because of these tragedies is a little irrational. That causes us to turn on each other. The government does have its flaws, but we have to rely on the best possible.
