With any movies or television shows, I like to find the perfect character who reminds me of me, my mom, my dad or my best friends. I find it really cool that there is a specific character for anyone. I am very much so obsess with the hit 90s TV sitcom, Friends! I have seen every episode multiple times, so I figured this would be a good topic for me to write about. Let's get started!

Ross Geller

O hey there smarty-pants! You are definitely the mature and responsible one of your friend group. You can be competitive, over protective and bold. However, you would definitely be the first to give up something important for your friends. You value your friendships and relationships. You try to make everything work. Let's be real here, we all love your dinosaur knowledge!

All hail the queen of fashion! You have an eye for fashion and always give your friends the best advice. You have a positive outlook on life no matter the situation. You are popular and a people magnet and you always have the perfect boyfried. You are the "it girl". You have good fashion sense and a 45% Ralph Lauren discount!

Chandler Bing

The King of Wit and Awkwardness. You are a hopeless, awkward and desperate for love. However you are an individual who wants everyone to be treated fairly, so you do what you know best, you make jokes. You are a jokester at heart and look at situations from an optimistic and realistic outlook. Bonus: Chandler is my favorite character, so you have extra points in my book!

No one tells you what to do, you tell them what to do. You are the definition of Type A. You are a neat freak and bossy, but only because you care what people think. You are a perfectionist and if a person is doing something incorrectly then you will take charge. You have no patience for the weak. But hey who doesn't like to iron wrapping paper!

Joey Tribbiani

You are a goofball, like Joey. You are smooth-talking and a total sweet-heart. You care deeply for the ones you love. You know what to say and how to say it. You may come off as a slow learner, but after awhile you are on the same page of music. You are always happy, as long as people obey your number 1 rule, "JOEY DOESN'T SHARE FOOD"!

Phoebe Buffay

You may play the fool at times, but you come up with creative solutions for any problem. You are always there for your friends with a word of encouragement. You see the best in people and give people second chances. You are confident and you never let anyone steal your sparkle! You can be a bit odd, but your friends wouldn't want you any other way!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
