Having a sister can either be a blessing or a curse. There are so many things that you can do with her and so many memories you can have with her. My little sister is such a special gift to me. She is my best friend and my partner in crime.
I can still remember the day she was born. It was our Mom's birthday when she started feeling some pain, and, well, you can guess that we were in the hospital all day waiting for my little sister to be born. It was a long day and night, and while I know that I did not go through what my mom went through, I have received the same special gift that she and my father got that day: my baby sister. Our lives have been nothing but a roller coaster ride, from the lows of losing loved ones to the highs of some of our greatest memories together. You were the one missing piece after Angela passed away and I am so thankful to call you my sister.
We have gone to school most of our lives together except for college (even though we are only thirty minutes away from each other). We would usually be the first ones at school when we were younger, and we would always have to time to bond before class, which was always great because we usually got Dunkin or something for being up so early.
We have played a lot of sports together, especially basketball. But the most important one is cheer. I have seen you grow into such an awesome cheerleader from cheering you on from the sidelines to actually coaching you. Experiencing cheer with you was one of the greatest times that we had growing up, even including going to Disney every year. These are some of my favorite times that we have shared together and I know that we will never lose them. Hopefully our children will be cheerleaders too!
You have always been a role model for me and someone that I look up too. You are one of the strongest girls I know. You always fight for what you want in life. I know that whatever you do in life, you will be highly successful at it! I love you to the moon and back. Even though we still fight sometimes, I will always appreciate our relationship. God did not make a mistake when he gave us you! Love you, Shrimp!
