When you come home from college, there are many things that happen when you see your family and your friends. Titus from "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" has the best way of showing what really happens when you come home from college.

1. When your family praises you when you come home.

When you come home, your family and friends are constantly hugging you and telling you how much they miss you. You tell them all about what they missed and they are always amazed by your stories.

2. When you run into people from high school.

The worst when you come home is running into people from high school that you never wanted to see again. This happens a lot when you live in a small town. It's always an awkward moment where you either wave or just keep walking.

3. When you have deep, meaningful talks with your friends.

When you see your friends again, usually there will be a huge discussion of something that is occurring with either you or your friends.

4. When you find out something that happened in your family or with your friends.

There is always something that happened that you didn't know about while you are in college. Someone always fails to tell you something really important that you should have known before.

5. When you catch up on what's going on in the world.

Now that you are officially done with your semester at college, you can finally catch up on what's important. You can finally watch the TV shows that you missed and can listen to the music that you have been dying to hear.

6. When you can eat real food whenever you want.

Now you can finally eat anything besides the dining hall food. You can finally eat all the food at home that you were missing when you were in college.

7. When your parents try to make you do errands or clean the house.

Your parents don't realize that you are really just a guest and that you don't actually live there anymore. You are so happy that you are home that you don't realize that you have to actually do chores now.

8. When you are reunited with your pet again.

The best is when you get to see your pet again after being gone for so long. You try to do everything that you can to make sure that they love you again and forgive you.

9. When your friends want to go on big summer trips.

It's hard being a broke college student. Now you have to get your summer job so that you could actually pay for things. Your friends are always going to want to go out and your family is going to want you to pay for things.

10. Enjoy your time because it's summer!

Now you get to relax and be stress free because you are officially done with your semester.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
