What Your Favorite Avenger Says About You

If I Can't Be An Avenger, You Can Be Damn Well Sure I'll Watch All The Movies

Civil War came out pretty recently, and odds are you've seen it by now. I know it was technically the third Captain America movie, but it was a Hulk and a Thor short of being Avengers 2.5, which I guess is fitting as we chug toward Infinity Wars. Speaking of the Avengers, if you're a Marvel nerd, you probably have a favorite. What can we determine about your personality from your favorite Avenger? Let's find out.

Captain America

You're a clean-cut, well-behaved, respectable person. You study hard for tests, always send thank you notes, and you hold the door open for people carrying packages. You're resolute in your beliefs, so much so that it gets you into a lot of trouble sometimes. Every friend you make is a friend for life.

Iron Man

You have a few really close friends and a huge pool of acquaintances. Your sense of humor is sarcastic and sometimes a bit too harsh, but your friends love you for it. You drive a really ostentatious car and probably never miss a change to wear a suit. You probably also rarely miss an opportunity to remind people how many hours you're taking (it's a lot). You've been written up by your RA a bunch of times, but somehow you keep skating by.

Black Widow

You own a leather jacket, and possibly leather pants as well. You don't open up to people easily, but when you do it's a sure sign you care about them. You did an internship with the FBI a few summers ago that you can't answer questions about. You know all your friend's secrets, even the ones they think you don't and you always have a comeback.

Hawkeye

You're very secretive about your personal life, and most people don't hear you coming until you're already there. You can blend into the background at will, but make an entrance with the best of them when it's called for. You're a good friend and you always trust your own judgement over that of the crowd.

Vision

No matter what you do, you do it with the best of intentions. There's probably not a mean-spirited bone in your body, but your commitment to doing what you believe is right can sometimes blind you to other paths. You're more a of a lead by example type than a take charge type, but in times of crisis your friends are glad to have you around.

The Scarlet Witch

You have a good head on your shoulders, but you're still figuring out who you are, and are likely seen as the "little sibling" of your friend group. You love to take on new challenges, but you tend to be too hard on yourself when things don't work out.

Falcon

You are your best friend's perpetual wingman (pun totally intended). In love, war, and everything in between, you always have your buddies' backs and never stray from your principles, even when that means you have to buck the rules a little.

War Machine

You're a stickler for rules and order. You're the kind of person who will wash your roommate's dishes that have been sitting out forever and clean the bathroom when it's not your week to do it just because you know your roomie won't. Despite that you love your friends and never miss an chance to tease them. You have a lot of perseverance and can stay level headed in a crisis.

Thor

You have a lot of responsibility, and you have trouble balancing that with your personal life. As a result, you have a tendency to flake on people at the worst times. Even so, you think of your friends as family, and you show up when you're really needed. Oh, and if your current career path doesn't work out, you could probably be in shampoo commercials.

The Hulk

You're pretty quiet, especially around new people, but you have a hidden depth that most people don't see. You may have a hot temper, but underneath that you're a caring and very trusting person, maybe even too much so for your own good. People find it hard to get close to you, but the end result is worth it.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
