It's no secret that Bullet Journaling is one of the best ways to organize all of the things that you have going on in your life. As a busy college student, bullet journaling is one of the ways that I stay on top of everything that I have to do. Sure, the word "journal" is in the word, but there are so many more things you can do with it.
1. Your To-Do List
Each day, I create a to-do list, which keeps me on track and helps me make sure that I have everything done for class the next day, even if it is at the last minute.
2. Cleaning
Do you try to change your sheets every other week, but always forget if you did it last week or not? What about making sure that you actually clean out the shower on a regular schedule? It's now much easier to keep track of everything and make sure it gets cleaned.
3. Reading/Watching Lists
Did you forget what that next Netflix series you wanted to watch was? Don't worry, it's written down in your Bullet Journal. Want to recommend that book you read to your best friend, but just can't remember the name of it? It's written down.
4. Diet/Exercise
If you're trying to get fit, you can keep track of plenty of different factors, including what you ate, making sure you're getting the right amount of exercise, and the right types.
5. Water!
We all need to drink more water than we do. You can keep track of how much water you're actually getting with a water tracker.
6. Schedule
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of all of the places you need to be. With a schedule tracker, you will never be late again... due to not knowing about it.
7. Debt
Yay, student loans! You can keep track of how much you still owe, what loans, when they're due, and all kinds of other stuff. And give yourself a reward when you pay off a certain amount.
8. Weight Loss
If you're trying to get that bikini bod, you can keep track of how much weight you've lost in a tracker.
9. Days Until
A concert, graduation, a party or a vacation. There are plenty of things to look forward to, and you can countdown the days until a big event in your bullet journal.
10. Budget
There are even "no spend day" trackers, where you can try to go without spending for a certain amount of time if that's one of your problems.
11. Mental Health
If you suffer from anxiety, depression, or a variety of other mental health issues, you can keep track of your mood, symptoms, and appointments.
12. Anything!
Odds are, if it's a part of your life, you can figure out how to track it.
