4 Ways To Really Love The People In Your Life

Let them know how much they mean to you.

And do it often. But also acknowledge when it is a good time to be silent and just appreciate their presence in that moment. Make sure not overload them with too much saying and not enough doing. Remember if you say one thing to often it begins to lose importance.

Be as genuine and real as possible.

Be the most you around the people you care most and the ones that stay are forever.

We all have problems in our life and it becomes inconsiderate to others feeling and needs when all you talk about is your own issues. Be respectful. Know that both negative and positive moods are contagious. You can either choose to be the light or dark in someone else’s day.

Acceptance.

Do not constantly try to change other people. That’s not up to you. The only person who can change them is themselves. Instead, be the friend that allows people to feel free around you because they aren’t trying to fix you. Provide them with support, respect and acceptance.

Support does not mean agreement.

Understand that everyone is different and you do not need to agree on everything to be friends. Sometimes you just have to learn to be kind to others opinions and agree to disagree.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
