In case you haven’t noticed lately, it’s FREEZING outside. By now, we’ve all been victim to clickbait articles saying it was colder this week in some parts of Canada than on Mars. Crazy, eh? [Insert stereotypical igloo joke here.]
Since the cold isn’t going to let up anytime soon, here are a few ways I’m planning to survive the deep freeze:
1. Hot chocolate at all times.
Or tea. Or coffee. The more caffeine the better. Insides need to be warmed up too! (Needless to say - marshmallows are always welcome.)
2. Hats and scarves = an excuse to dress cute.
Once you realize how integral your scarf is to your turtleneck/cardigan combo, the possibilities are endless.3. Two words: Fuzzy. Socks.
Yes, my pants are tucked into my socks. Yes, I’m at work. No, I’m not ashamed. #NoMoreColdAnkles
4. Two more words: Hand. Cream.
Pile on the moisturizer. (There’s a dry desert where my knuckles used to be... thanks, winter.)5. Not going anywhere.
You know where the cold feels best? From INSIDE.Stay warm, friends.
