If you're obsessed with fall, but you live in a city that only has one season like me you don't get to experience its entirety! It's time to get some stuff together and make it feel like fall!

1. Make a trip a Bath and Body Works.

Fall candles make a huge difference. I personally love "Sweater Weather" and "Pumpkin Apple". Light one of these candles up to make your room smell like fall!

2. Go to a pumpkin patch at night.

Pumpkin patches are a must for fall lovers. There are several in San Diego that have rides, animals and even mazes! Pick out your favorite pumpkin and spend a night in with your friends carving them. You can even bake the seeds and enjoy a Halloweentown movie while doing so!

3. Decorate your room.

Michaels is the best place to find some affordable decorations. From fall leaves to wreathes you can find about everything and anything you need!

4. Go Apple Picking in Julian.

Apple Starr Orchard is a great place to visit during the fall! They have about 1000 trees to pick off apples and pears. It's also a great place for picnics and to roam around in. You could even pick up one of their famous apple pies!

5. Bake with apples, pumpkin and cinnamon.

What is fall without all the comfort fall foods? Bake your favorite desserts with one of these ingredients and your stomach will surely thank you for the warm sugary goodness!

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
