Recently, if you have not heard, Hawaii's Kilauea volcano, or rather an area near it, started to erupt and spew lava about a week or so ago. The Kilauea volcano is very active, and erupted also just three years ago in 2015. The volcano shows no signs of slowing, as it keeps spewing lava. And spewing lava. And spewing lava. And the lava has been spewing nonstop twenty-four/seven since the fissure's opening.While this lava flow may be a bag thing for many people living near the volcano and the development of industries around the area, volcanic eruptions are a natural part of the environment and exist and perform the natural cycle of Hawaii's environment. Even if the eruption brings disruption to the ecosystem, in the long run, it will lead to a more diverse genetic community and new growth of organisms on top of the barren rock created by the flow of lava.
