We have all felt positive and negative energy. The energy you have can transfer to objects and into your environment when you are in tune with your emotions and thoughts. Here are 5 ways to get into vibrational alignment.
1. Focus Your Thoughts.
It's easy to focus on things that don't matter and bring us value. But if you focus on the things that are positive and of substance to you such as goals, you attract the same energy. Whatever you are experiencing in your thoughts, you are likely to attract the same within your environment and objects around you.
2. Change Your Perspective.
How often have you been faced with a negative situation and have allowed it to control you? I know that I have and it's draining. I love routines and any amount of disruption causes instability. Having a routine keeps me in a comfortable place and allows me to be prepared (in a sense) for what's to come. However, no one is truly ready for anything. I've learned to not be afraid of random changes or unexpected situations that come my way because I know that I'm more than capable of dealing with them. It's impossible to control external conditions and everything happens for a reason (I know this is cliché but it's true).
Meditation allows you to calm your mind and acknowledge your thoughts instead of trying to suppress them (Which corresponds with the first point of focusing on your thoughts). There are many forms of meditation such as mindful, guided, spiritual, etc...Choose whatever method works for you. It's also another way to increase your energy frequency.
Writing has a plethora of benefits. Those benefits include being able to self-reflect and express your emotions. When you can see your thoughts and feelings on paper, it allows them to become more clear. The mind is incredibly busy. Imagine having all of your thoughts and feelings in there but not having the chance of being sorted out. Allowing yourself to physically write out everything can let you organize them. Writing is also a great way to track progress. It can allow you to see your thought processes and can help you work through tough situations that you are experiencing.
5. Read! Read! Read!
Whenever I feel myself in a place of detachment from what I may be experiencing and feeling at the time, I read. I read inspirational books and those that focus on topics that I am passionate about. Reading leads me to learn new things and is another way to stay focused. When I pick up a book and start reading, there is often some lesson in there for me. There is always something there that I needed to see and resonate with so that I could realign myself.
I hope that you try vibrational alignment as a way to attract what you desire in life. Keep in mind, whatever you choose to spend the most time and energy on, you attract (positive or negative). Stay focused and remember to affirm what you want. Let go of the self-doubt and negative thoughts so that you can move in a positive direction into the life that you want to create for yourself..
