Summer is the season when the sun is very sunny and the temperature is very hot. My house has a clothesline that we can use to dry the laundry during the hot season. With the clothesline, my family and I can save electricity without using the dryer machine. Drying the clothes outside on the clothesline will look like it is going through a natural process.

When the sun is out, it is a great opportunity to dry the laundry outside. The sunlight will go inside of the clothes. I was told that drying the clothes outside will make the clothes smell bad. That is true, but my family and I can tolerate the smell. We know that sunlight is very natural and pure for our clothes.

Sometimes, bugs will go on the clothes while they are hanging on the clothesline. That is okay because it happens. All we have to do is get rid of the bugs. The bugs do not stop us from putting our laundry on the clothesline.

Someone once told my sister that hanging laundry on the clothes line will be embarrassing. The neighbors will see the clothes that we wear. That is okay. We cannot escape from the fact that neighbors will see our clothes on the clothes line. At least we are saving electricity and providing natural heat for our clothes. Let them take a look at our laundry outside. They will learn that my family and I have strong mindsets. We are very considerate about energy.

The only time when we do not use the clothesline is rainy days. We do not want the laundry to get wet outside. This is the right time to use the dryer machine. When it is sunny again, we will hang the laundry on the clothesline.

What is the use of the clothesline if you do not make use of it? If it is provided at your house, then there is a reason why it is there!
