We all have reasons to be thankful for our friends: they're always there for us, they understand us, etc. But we also have a million more reasons to be thankful for them, things we don't often think about. Sometimes, we take our friendships for granted. We should all take this Thanksgiving to be thankful for the quirky, little things our friends do for us on a daily basis that we wouldn't immediately think of.

1. They lend you clothes when you "don't have anything to wear."

Seriously, no one else will do this for you. And your friends have the best taste ever, so why not raid their closet while you can, right?

2. On bad days, they're the only ones you can rely on to bring you coffee.

A boy was mean to you? Coffee. You got into a fight with your sister? Coffee. Bad grade on a test? Coffee. And they probably know your order too, and that's just one more reason to be thankful for them.

3. Your friends will cover for you when you're late/absent from class.

Let's all take a moment to thank our pals who always come up with a random excuse as to why you're late to chemistry again.

4. They force you to get out of bed when they know it'll be good for you.

It always ends up being worth it in the end; they know what you need better than you do.

5. Your close friends are the only ones who don't judge you for a messy room.

Mostly because their's is the same way, if not worse.

6. Their Spotify playlists are the only ones you'll listen to.

Your friends' playlists are perfect for every car ride and dance party, and you don't know what you would do without them.

7. Brutal honesty when it comes to outfits before a night out.

Sometimes it results in tears and your entire closet on your floor, but it's always worth it when you find the perfect combo.

8. One of them always has a charger when your phone drops to one percent.

Especially that horrible moment when you're in the middle of a very important text to a very important person (wink wink).

9. They know to never expect you to be on time because they know you're always late.

They're the only ones who won't yell at you when you show up at 8:15 for that 8:00 movie.. They love you anyways.

10. You know you don't need a boyfriend because your friends leave you comments when you post a selfie.
