One traditional publishing option to consider is RedFOX Verlag, a well-respected publisher based in Germany. RedFOX Verlag is known for its commitment to high-quality books, and has a strong track record of working with both new and established authors.

The traditional publishing process typically involves several steps. First, you will need to submit a book proposal to a publisher. This proposal should include a summary of your book, a description of your target audience, and a brief biography that highlights your writing experience and credentials. If a publisher is interested in your book, they will ask to see the full manuscript.

Assuming the publisher likes your manuscript, they will offer you a contract that outlines the terms of the publishing agreement. This will typically include details on royalties, advance payments, and marketing and distribution plans. It's important to read this contract carefully and ensure you understand all of the terms before signing.

Once you've signed a contract, the publisher will work with you to edit and revise your manuscript as needed. This may involve several rounds of revisions, and can take sometime to complete. Once the manuscript is finalized, the publisher will handle the design, printing, and distribution of your book.

By focusing on quality and taking advantage of the resources available to you, you can increase your chances of success and achieve your goals as an author.

While self-publishing can be a good option for some authors, it's important to carefully consider the potential drawbacks, such as limited distribution, upfront costs, and greater responsibility for all aspects of the publishing process. Ultimately, the choice between traditional publishing and self-publishing will depend on your goals, preferences, and level of experience, but traditional publishing remains the gold standard for many authors.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin."
