  1. Coffee Ice cream: As I am forever addicted to coffee, it should be no shock that I also love coffee ice cream. It is so yummy and it is the best way to get my fix at night without getting all of the caffeine!
  2. Vanilla Ice cream: Classic favorite, I love plain vanilla ice cream the best. It is my favorite kind.
  3. Mint Chocolate Chip Ice cream: The mintier the better. I love this ice cream because it is so refreshing and yummy.
  4. Cookie Dough Ice cream: I love the pieces of cookie dough the best. It is my favorite part of the ice cream.
  5. Chocolate Ice cream: This has been my favorite forever. I will always have a special place in my heart for this flavor.

Ice cream is life. I could eat it all day everyday. Peace Love Ice cream!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
