During the summer, some of us have some time to be able to sit back and relax. Sometimes we may even have too much time on our hands. So we binge watch movies, TV shows, and animes. Or I do, but that's besides the point. I have a great list of shows that I think you should check into because, quite simply, they are amazing!

1. Shadowhunters

So this tv series just started the fall of 2016 and is based off of the infamous book series by Cassandra Clare, The Mortal Instruments. There's a movie out of the first book, City of Bones, that I feel doesn't really do the books justice and I don't exactly like the actors that were picked out for the movie. With the tv series, it's completely different. I love the actors that were chosen because I feel like they look like and portray the characters from the book perfectly. I also can't decide if I like Jace or Clary more. They're both amazing characters that I love! I'm one to always say the book was better, and it still is but Shadowhunters is a close second to the books.

2. Criminal Minds

Now this tv show has been about for a couple years. Maybe a decade. But it is an amazing show. My personal favorites, still on the show, are Penelope Garcia and Spencer Reed. (Gotta love the nerdy one for sure!)Recently, Derek Morgan left because in the show he became a father. However, the show is still amazing. If you can, I strongly suggest starting with the first season, though. Because behind all the cases they solve, these profilers have their own timeline and stories going on behind that. It's really amazing how it all works out!

3.Lucifer

Ooh mama the actor they chose for this show! Lucifer is definitely from down under because he is HOT. Putting that aside, the story line for this show is actually very intricate and interesting. Who knew that the Lord of the Underworld could become tired of doing his job? I sure didn't!There has been a lot put into this show, and it's amazing. There is a lot of good and evil working together or against each other in the show. You may also see some angel wings! I really suggest watching it, and not just because the actor is hot. That's just an added bonus!

4.Teen Titans

Okay, I mean the original Teen Titans, the one a lot of us probably watched when we were younger. I don't mean the Teen Titans Go! thing that is on tv now. That's some weird rip off of the original and it makes me sad. The original is amazing. The animation?? AMAZING.

The story line is also fantastic, with romance and adventure. It's also thought out better than the newer one seems like it was. Robin doesn't act so much like a ditz and Beast Boy is even coolor. Cyborg is also amazeballs a less of a weirdo. Plus, the original Raven is just a goddess... Of evil, but that's no matter.

5. NCIS

I don't know about you guys, but I love me some Gibbs. Also, Abby is amazing and who can live without some of Abby's wit? Not me! This show is also intricate, so jumping in at a random episode could be very confusing. Starting with the first episode would be better. The show is a bit of an emotional roller coaster sometimes, but what crime-fighting show isn't? NCIS is about a team who polices the military, specifically the Navy. It's quite amazing, and I think anyone who watches it will fall in love with the whole team.

So those are my top 5 tv shows that I love and hope to share with the whole world. Of course, there are people who have seen these, but there are also probably those who haven't had the chance to see them. So I hope if you're bored and need something to do this summer, that you'll watch one of these and let me know what you think of it!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
