Tomi Lahren, thank you.
Tomi, you are so many things but you are definitely not the most liked person in all of America and I may not agree with every little thing that comes out of your mouth, but thank you so much for being you. It is easy to point a finger at me and tell me that I'm awful and that I'm anti-woman for believing in you, but that is everyone else's problem, not mine.
Thank you for allowing it to be okay for young women, like myself, to be Republicans. I cannot express enough how difficult it is to be a female college student with conservative views. Between the hatred for the party and the belief that we just think what men tell us to, it is so hard to expose one's self as a female Republican. You give me and so many others the confidence to stand up for those beliefs and encourage us to be fighters for the Republican party. In today's world, we are looked upon as less of a woman if we plant out morals in conservatism instead of feminism. That notion couldn't be far enough away from reality. You give thousands of women the strength to be able to say, "Yes, I am a woman. And yes, I am a Republican."
Thank you for standing up for Donald Trump. He may not be perfect and he's not necessarily the right person for the job, no one ever is, but just like everyone since George Washington, he is the PRESIDENT of these wonderful United States. People are so quick to jump on the anti-Trump bandwagon because he said something that kind of offended their sister's best friend's dog, but you Tomi, spread his accomplishments and victories anyway. It seems as if most Americans would rather have an opinion against what he ate for dinner then admit he's done something right, and that just is not fair. Being from a military background I strongly believe in the essence of the office, and it is so refreshing to hear someone giving the man a chance to simply do his job.
Thank you for revealing what mainstream media does to our society. It didn't use to be this way. The media were regulated and focused on being an unbiased source for their audiences, allowing individuals to come to their own conclusions about policy and social issues instead of having the agenda of whoever paid the network the most that week shoved down their throats. I think it's important to research and read a few books to educate themselves on these matters instead of relying on major news outlets to receive their information, and that goes for people of all political parties. While I do not appreciate you taking your talents to Fox Tomi (aka mainstream media) I understand that a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do and I'll still support your Final Thoughts unless you falter in your ways.
Thank you for never apologizing. Whether its because you hurt someone's feelings or because you got fired by The Blaze for speaking your diverse opinions; you never back down from what you believe. Watching you thrive and conquer the nation on pure authenticity has been so rewarding to witness. You provide me with a sense of pride in my opinions, everyone else is stating theirs and not saying sorry so why should I or any other female Republican act any differently?
Finally, Tomi, thank you for making a difference. You have altered so many lives and fought for so many people's voices to be heard. You are a true inspiration to female voters. Please keep being you and never stop speaking the truth, even if it hurts.
I will receive backlash for this article, and that's okay. In my eyes Tomi Lahren, you are someone worthy of looking up to. Everyone is entitled to their own words and stances. Bashing me isn't going to change the way I look at things, it's only going to make others look foolish and immature. So in the words of Tomi herself, "Those are my final thoughts, from Norman, God bless and take care."
