"To My University"

College has been a great time. Four years of gaining friends, hanging out, and learning about something you thoroughly enjoy. Now that I'm graduating in 3 months, it's becoming a very bitter sweet moment. I don't want to leave my friends but it's time to go into the real world and continue living life to the fullest.

I propose an article, in the form of a letter, "To My University". I think after 4 years of dealing with professors, classes, not having enough money, losing friends, a place to just write out a letter thanking my University for the good (and bad) memories is something many college students and soon to be graduates can relate to.

I am currently a senior at Penn State University majoring in journalism. I have great experience writing and editing stories for classes and campus publications.

I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day.
