Happy y'all walked into my life

Have you ever looked at someone and thought whole-heartedly how you and this person became friends? Or how you lived without them for so long?

They are the people who make hours feel like minutes, and a lifetime feel like days. They are simply more than just friends; they are your daily happiness. They complete you, and you wonder how lucky you are to get to be their friend.

No matter where you go in life, you know they will support you. And no matter what bad decision you make next, they are happily there to help you through it. They tell you how it is, and they pull you out of your fantasies into reality whenever you need it.

We know we are obnoxious, we know we cause problems, we know we are all a little crazy, but no we do not care.

When you call them in the middle of the night, they answer, no matter how stupid the reason for your calling. Whether you're calling to tell them something you just saw on Twitter or to show them an Instagram or to just ask them a question, they answer.

They are there to support ALL of your bad decisions, no matter how many times they tell you not to do it. Your friends usually call the bad before it happens, and for that, we love them. But we love them even more because they still love us when we don't listen to them.

When you get really sad over a Facebook video, or your ex, or a puppy, they are there to put life back into reality (kind of). They are the people who will cry with you, roast with you, and make you smile when you can't keep the tears from falling. They are also there to destroy anyone who hurts you along the way.

They are there to tell you that you're not fully psycho, just kind of psycho (but aren't we all?). But that's what makes y'all a squad. We're all a little psycho, but together, we work so well.

Simply no one thinks that your squad is as funny and fun as y'all think you are. They dance with you in the car, they snuggle with you in bed when you don't feel good, and they drive in endless laps around town for absolutely no reason because that's what friends do.

Life would be boring without the people who make you smile in the morning, and afternoon, and right before bed. The people who cheer you up, break you down, and make you know what it is like to have true friends in life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
