Time To Focus On Your Personal Clock

As each of your personal clocks are revolving, your life is moving at your own clock's pace.

Time moving forward

Time.

Time is just something that exists in the world. There is never a true time for anything in our lives, however, society has shaped "time" for us.

We are always waiting for the perfect "time" or the right "time," but honestly, there is no perfect or right time. Each individual of this world is on their own time. Time is just an illusion. Time is always moving forward with no final destination. Time has direction. Time has order. Time has duration. Time seems to be the root of why all events proceed forward.

We have the illusion, at any given moment, that the past already happened and the future doesn't yet exist, and that things are changing.

Is this really true?

Time was something that was just told to us. "Live your life to its fullest because you do not have much time." Over and over again, we hear people saying these types of things. But, what we never understand is where it all began.

Years ago, the concept of time was brought about. Time is the basis of a lot of things in life. In order to graduate high school on TIME, you are expected to be in the school for four years. In order to join the military, you have to wait for the TIME you turn 18. In order to drink an alcoholic beverage, you have to wait for the TIME you turn 21. All of these things in our lives consist of time and we do not even recognize it.

Time is a very precious thing that our society has shaped us with.

If we do not believe in time now, we are doomed. Although time is important, we all have our own time for things.

As I said before, life is like a revolving clock that has no specific ending for each person. If you want to get married at age 60, instead of 30, you can do that. There is no correct time to do so. Everyone lives on their own time, at the pace they are most comfortable living.

I find that my generation is very set on the concept of "time". Social media is causing people to gain this idea that they have to be doing what everyone else their age is doing, according to social media.

That is not true.

Sometimes, the best thing to do is let life take you the way you dream of it. Stop letting social media or your peers determine your time to do things.

Stop focusing on other people's clocks, focus on only yours.

Once you focus on your own clock, the ticking hand will move at YOUR pace that is vital for YOUR life.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
