Thrive encourages women to empower women.

Thrive Causemetics Is More Than Just A Makeup Company

After spending time scrolling through what seems to be an endless Instagram feed, it's come to the point where I've simply learned to bypass the ads. By swiping past unrecognizable clothing stores and denying offers to create partnerships with small scale beauty influencers whose photos are always appearing on my feed, I could not help but stop my aimless scrolling after I came across a particular advertisement from Thrive Causemetics. In all honesty, the initial reason I engaged with the ad was because they were featuring a gorgeous champagne eye color on Instagram. Yet, when I began adding products to my cart and exploring the website, I was pleasantly surprised by what I had found.

Naturally, there are a variety of tabs to click on so that one can easily order makeup products on Thrive's website. Yet, one particular tab, titled "How We Give," is what truly peaked my curiosity. What I discovered is that Thrive's motto is as simple as "Beauty With A Purpose," though their larger purpose is what I find most inspiring. After researching the company's giving journey, it was made clear that, for each product purchased through Thrive, the company then donates that exact product, another needed product, or a monetary donation to other women to support them, with the ultimate goal of helping them "Thrive." On their website, Thrive lists the three main causes they work to contribute to, stating, "We help women thrive while they are fighting cancer, surviving domestic abuse and emerging from homelessness." In addition, some of their giving partners include Fighting Pretty, Safe Harbor and Refuge for Women, amongst dozens of other nonprofit organizations benefitting the empowerment of women everywhere.

Thrive Causemetics serves as one of many empowering forces with regards to the support of women. Their cause is truly inspirational and serves as exemplary method to involve yourself in supporting other women. Next time you looking to add a new beauty product to your collection, I highly recommend considering Thrive Causemetics for your makeup needs – not to mention that all Thrive products are vegan and cruelty free.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
