These books may not all be new, but they are some of my favorite reads (taken straight from my Goodreads account) that I am now passing onto you. You're welcome.
1.The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty
Cecilia Fitzpatrick's husband left her a note containing his deepest secret, only to be opened after he died. Unfortunately for him, (fortunately for us otherwise we wouldn't have this story!) Cecilia stumbles upon the letter only to discover the secrets in the letter not only shatters her world, but the worlds of Rachel and Tess — whom she barely knows.
2.Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
I don't understand how you haven't read this yet, and if you saw the movie, you should still read the book. There are some major differences. On Nick and Amy's fifth wedding anniversary, Amy goes missing leaving behind a journal that makes Nick looks very guilty. Not to mention Nick is very good at making himself look pretty guilty. But just because he wasn't the perfect husband, does that really make him a killer?
3. Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
Unfortunately this book doesn't come with a box of tissues, but it totally should. Lou lost her job, and she is desperate for work and Will's motorcycle accident left him paralyzed. Will is quickly losing his willingness to live but when Lou comes into his life, she turns it completely upside down. But is it enough to make him want to stay?
