All across the nation, everyone is starting school. And everyone hates it. Whether you're in high school, your first year of college or you're a senior, you still feel the same pain as everyone else of having to get up and suffer through 50+ minute lectures where you're only paying attention to 20 minutes of it.
For me anyway, I don't particularly hate school. It's just the work, and trying to stay awake and the stress that gets to me (...so pretty much every aspect associated with school). So if you are suffering like I am and already has lecture notes/readings/any other homework to do within the first 3 days of classes, you will probably relate to these 7 thoughts everyone has on the first day of school.
1. Okay who's idea was it to have a 9 am? Oh yeah, mine...
Currently rushing to class because I decided to have an a morning class instead of the afternoon option
2. I seriously should have left like 10 minutes earlier
*Already planning on where to live next year so I don't take 20 minutes getting to class in the morning*
3. How can I be this sweating after only walking for 5 minutes?
Literally only steps out into California weather and is instantly sweaty
4. Syllabus week: the most boring 50 minutes of my life all in one week
Why is so much time going into sheets of paper that the professor probably made the night before?
