It's the most wonderful time of the year! Opening presents on Christmas is the best part of this holiday. We've all received things we wish we wouldn't have. it's almost December which means you're close to finalizing your wish list, or you've finished. You know what you want, and you know what you don't want. If you know someone who is a little unclear about what to get you, here's a reminder of things you could definitely live without.

1. Poo-Pourri Toilet Spray

We all know it happens, but let's face it: it's embarrassing to unwrap these kinds of things and faking a smile.

2. Political Books

Books are great! When it comes to politics though, if you have opposite views: Tis the season to keep it to yourself.

3. Facebook Gift Cards

I mean, who even plays games on Facebook anymore? Remember Farmville? *Cringe*

Last thing you wanna hear for the holidays? "You're Fired" or anything equivalent

Definitely not being subtle with this gift. Thanks for noticing!

8.Potpourri

Other than in the trash, I'm not sure where you would put this smelly trail mix.

9. Tacky Christmas themed decor

Thank you for thinking of things I have to pack away until next year (or forever).

I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
