Just trust me on these...
1. Avoid signing up for 8 a.m.'s
You won't be as motivated as you think.
2. Don't pack every single piece of clothing you own.
No, you won't need that top you haven't worn in two years.
3. Ask for help when you need it.
Your professor actually WANTS people to come to their office hours!
4. Sororities/Fraternities are not that bad.
They aren't as bad as they seem, learn about one and get involved. You may end up wanting to join one!
5. Learn how to study.
You may think you know the proper way to study, but you really don't.
6. Actually study.
Even if there's not a test coming up soon, still study. It will be so much easier if you already know the material instead of cramming it all in at the last minute.
7. Eat Healthy.
The "Freshmen 15" is no joke!
8. Get involved.
There are clubs everywhere! Join one!
9. Don't stay stuck in high school.
Move on. Trust me, you won't regret it.
10. Water-proof shoes are a must.
Walking to class on a rainy day and NOT ruining your shoes is a great way to start the day!
11. Get enough sleep.
You don't want to be that person falling asleep in class. Your professor WILL call you out and you WILL be embarrassed.
