1. Your Phone

This is probably by far one of the most obvious things that you need to bring with you every single day at every moment of your life. Smart phones have been so integrated into our social lives that a person without his/her cell phone is like a completely different creature from us. It's not even about having a way to contact someone or for your safety anymore, it's about being part of the 21st century to not orally communicate with other people but rather talk with them through various apps. Imagine yourself being in an awkward situation where you don't know anyone and just want to be alone (hello to all the introverts out there), if you had your phone handy now you have something to do and not look like a complete social introvert.
2. Food

Ever had a time that you were really hungry and don't have anything to eat but can't consort with cannibalism or become a herbivore because of legal and moral issues? Well bringing some food along with you will help solve that problem. You could be anywhere and just take out that handy dandy sandwich you packed this morning and eat it, or you could be that one person everyone hates by eating really smelly food like garlic or onions. You can pack a lot or a little depending on your dietary habits. What's wrong with a few extra calories for the day?
3. Clothes

You may be jogging, you may be practicing for your next marathon, or you might just want to show off that hot body of yours, but in reality it's cold outside and you're probably going to get a cold if there isn't some sort of fabric on you within the next few minutes. Also putting on some clothes not only makes you healthier and look good, you also don't smell as bad from all the sweat from the day. So many times have I sat next to someone who's either half naked or pretty much naked that smells terrible even with deodorant. So please for the sake of your and our health, put on some nice, clean clothes to preserve this clean environment.
4. A Brain

How many times have you went outside of your house or apartment and feel like a zombie but don't know what happened or why you feel this way and when you finally reached your destination you finally realize, "Oh! I left my brain back home!". This is a very serious issue as it has caused numerous students to fail their exams and quizzes, make people become complete idiots, and cause lots of other crazy things. It's been studied that a human without a brain is practically a walking corpse with 0 IQ, so remember to always bring a brain; even if that brain isn't yours just take it with you. Brains are like the operating systems of humans, when you forget your brain it's like forgetting to install the operating system on the computer and what you have left on the computer is a command prompt and the physical components of the computer with nothing connected to each other. Scary isn't it? So remember to take a brain with you everywhere.
5. That Really Catchy Tone From a Movie Or TV Show

Whoops there goes off that annoying little tone that has been played repeatedly in your head for over a million times! You never know when it's going to come but it's coming eventually. The pattern for when the tone will play is very irregular as it could played multiple times over the course of one minute or be played 5 years after you hear it when you just casually walk on the street. Why do you need to take this tone everywhere you ask? This tone has been with you far so long already that it's practically impossible to not bring it with you. You could try to forget to bring it, but it will be always be there, hidden from your brain... until it comes up during the most unexpected moments like during your exam when you have to think about why 5 + 5 doesn't equal to 11 or why Pluto isn't a planet anymore. It could come from the strangest places like from a TV show that was playing in a TV store or from your friend's parent's car.
