A few months ago I wrote an article called "55 Very Small Things to be Happy About" , and I got a lot of positive feedback from my friends and people that read the article. While it was a very simple article to write, it was a lot of fun and people told me that it served its purpose of reminding them to look out for the simple joys in life.

With school starting again, I know it can be hard to keep a positive attitude, so I decided to write another article pointing out life's little joyful moments in hopes that when people read it, their perception and attitude will be changed.

You know what would make me happy?

1. Remembering you have leftovers from your favorite restaurant.

2. Clouds.

3. Adding anther picture to your photo wall.

4. Sunrises.

5. Getting your favorite seat in the lecture hall.

6. Seeing the light come in through your curtains the morning.

7. "Want me to make pancakes for dinner?"

8. Free t-shirts.

9. Feeling the temperature get cooler as fall gets closer.

10. Seeing the Halloween/Fall decorations state to show up in stores.

11. Sleeping the whole night through.

12. The smell of coffee in the mornings.

13. Going to bed before midnight.

14. Knowing you're going to kill your test.

15. Having a clean house.

16. Making other people laugh.

17. When someone asks you how you're doing.

18. 75 cent pizza rolls.

19. Seeing the person you want to become, & acting on it.

20. or loving who you are.

21. Seeing an old friend after a long while apart.

22. Cotton Candy.

23. Finding that perfect Instagram filter.

24. Seeing the trees blow in the wind.

25. Birthday dinners.

26. Getting a new candle.

27. Especially one that's on sale.

28. Sitting in your favorite spot on the couch.

29. The smell of laundry detergent.

30. When the sun comes out after the rain.

31.Finally being done decorating.

32. The happy drive back home during college.

33. Family.

34.Thinking about your most happy memory.

35. Going on trips.

36. Getting to hang up holiday decorations.

37. When the barista spells your name correctly.

38. Walking barefoot through the grass.

39. The innocence of kids.

40. Clean sheets.

41. Standing up for yourself.

42. Being on time.

43. Warm showers.

44. Getting butterflies in your stomach.

45. Compliments from strangers.

46. Looking forward to things.

47. Making brownies.

48. Seeing dogs on campus.

49. Dancing around your living room with your best friends.

50. Being able to surprise people.

51. Wearing a jacket with a certain smell from home, or someone special on it.

52. Seeing someone you haven't seen in a while.

53. Art.

54. Being able to have your own opinions.

55. Making others laugh.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
