Life can sometimes be a hard and crazy ride, and I just want my daughter to know I'll always be here.

Stick up for yourself

Never be afraid to stick up for yourself, no matter what. It doesn't matter if you think you're being judged, if it's not what you want to do, don't do it. My biggest regret is not sticking up for myself in some cases and being taken advantage of.

Don't compare yourself

Don't compare yourself to other. Someone will always being doing what you want to do or looks how you want to look, but you're perfect the way you are. Strive to be the best for yourself, not others.

Be kind

Be kind to others as well as to yourself. Give out the kindness to others that you wish to receive.

Don't let others define you

People will always have opinions about you, whether they are good or bad, but never let those opinions define who you are. It's up to you to be the person you want to be.

Always give it your best

Whatever you choose to, give it your all. If it makes you happy and you want to see results, pursue it until you succeed.

Don't settle

Don't ever settle on second best. If there is something you want, strive for it. You deserve the best after all.

You're going to fail throughout life, it's just part of the journey. It's what you do with that failure that matters. Take it and learn from it. Don't ever be afraid to fail.
