What can happen to a girl after one night.

I woke up shaking. I sit up looking around me. Where am I? I think to myself. What happened last night? I look beside me on the bed. There's some guy there. Who is he? The mysterious guy with the jet black hair and ocean blue eyes. He stares right at me as I stare at him. He pulls me into his muscular arms towards his bare chest. I look down to notice that I'm also half naked. The minute he shifted to hold me better, a sharp pain goes through my head. What... did I get drunk last night? Now that I'm thinking of pain, I have a pain in my neck too. "W-who are you?" I ask him. "What are you talking about, I'm your boyfriend." A husky voice responds. 'You can't be, I'm single!" I exclaim. He just lays there silent with his beautiful blue eyes closed. His fingers lightly brush over where the pain is in my neck. Everything starts flashing back to me now.

I was walking down the alley back to my apartment after saying goodbye to this amazingly cute guy, who is now laying beside me. When I was walking he appeared in front of me. Stupidly I said yes when he invited me back to his place. He made me some dinner and then we went to bed. When we were there we did what most couples do in bed but as he was biting my neck he was saying how I am solely his now.

I remember there once being blood dripping down my neck it's gone now. Is he a vampire? Thoughts keep streaming through my mind. Did he turn me into one? What am I supposed to do? He starts to chuckle. "What is so funny Blake?" "So now you remember me?" "I think so." "Now stop freaking out." "How did you know I was freaking out?" "Because every assumption you have made is correct and yes I can read your mind."

My mouth drops and I just lay there not sure what to say. I feel really close to this guy now. Like I'm in love with him. This will be my life now. I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. My life is now complete. "I love you, Blake." "I love you too babygirl!"

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
