"Don't settle down for less than what you deserve" is what you always hear, isn't it? Well, take that into consideration. Think about this phrase and put it into action. What I mean by this, is that if you noticed a red flag then really take that red flag in account to what you want to do with your life. That means a red flag in a relationship, the red flag at a get together, a red flag at work, a red flag in the choices you make. Because to me, that red flag can alter your life.

Don't you hate the question, "So, what do you plan to do after college?" I sure as hell do. I get that question enough from my parents, let alone everyone else in my life. A lot can happen that you may not even know what the next two years can lead for you. You can't set up promises that you may not even get to keep. You can't promise yourself or anyone anything nowadays because the future isn't always promising.

So, let your answer to that be... "I don't know." And honestly, that's okay that you don't know. You deserve the right to not know everything because we are still learning. We are still getting to know ourselves. I hope whoever you're telling that answer to knows what you mean by that. You can't promise people your plans because plans change. Things happen and people learn from the events that occur.

After college, I don't want to settle for a job right away. I mean... I should, but I want to see the world. I cannot stress how important it is for us to know that there's so much more than settling down and living our lives normally. Why not be extraordinary? Why not go out there and see what this world has to offer because tomorrow may not be tomorrow for some of us. Tomorrow may be another day, but that's just the thing... you can't let it be another day. Travel. Screw the money you're spending on things your mostly spending on something you don't need. Put aside a good fund so you can travel. Travel all over America for all I care or got out of the country. Just get out of your mindset of these plans. Don't plan, just do it.

Because, you know what? When there's a moment you don't plan... it turns out to be one of the greatest adventures in your life and that's a story to tell your "settled" life. Think of all the inspiration that you'll share with your friends and family. That is an accomplishment worth saving up for. See the world. See the world for what it truly is. God didn't allow us to sit around and ponder what to do tomorrow. He wants us to ponder what we will do right now. And right now, don't plan. Don't even think about money. Talk about all the great experiences you got to encounter. Never settle less than what you deserve. Are you tired of hearing "you deserve better?" Think about that and report back a story worth hearing.

These cliches exist because it isn't cliche, it's something we should keep believing. Instead of worrying and pondering about the future. How about what's important and what's in front of us. That's what we should be worrying about.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
