Ladies! It’s formal season. If you’re just as lazy as I am, you hate trying things on in store. Online shopping is my solution. If you need something fast and practical, I have your solution! There are so many great stores that have endless options online. Find the dress, ship it right to your doorstep, and well, that's it! It's as easy as that.

So what are the best websites?

Revolve

I LOVE Revolve. It’s a bit on the pricier side but has tons of options on sale and a variety of dresses for whatever you’re looking for. What I love about Revolve is they split it up into Trending Now, and by style, length, sleeve length, and fit. It is so easy to find just what you are looking for. Again there is a variety of different dresses, whether you want long and formal or cute cocktail.

ASOS

I also love asos. This website is super easy to navigate and again has so many options. My favorite thing about asos is that they have so many brands (usually for lower prices) and also their own brand. The dresses range from dressy prom to elegant midi’s to even wedding dresses! What?! They also have specific categories like Casual, Going Out, Occasion, Summer, and Work which also makes it super easy to navigate and make things easier when trying to find just what you need!

Lulus

Lulus is a go-to. Not too pricey, and again has so many options. They have SO many categories…things you wouldn't even think of. For example, they have categories like Skater, Club, Vacation, and Bodycon. So you can really find what you’re looking for. I've used Lulus for multiple occasions and have been super impressed with everything I have gotten.

Curtsy

Most college campus’ have Curtsy or something similar. This is an amazing app! Basically what you do is you can rent dresses, rompers, or shirts from girls around you or on your campus, wear them to whatever event you need it for and then simply return it! You can also rent out your clothes which is also great. If your campus doesn’t have a Curtsy, there is also something called ‘Rent The Runway’ with basically the same concept.

Other

Nordstrom (great for shopping by brand, so many options), Missguided (more simple dresses), Jcrew (simple, more preppy), Zara (trendy, fashion pieces).

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
