Salvation, Eternal life

Love has given you his all. Love taught and teaches truth. Love never changes. It is always constant and consistent. Love comforts and provides; Love gives you peace. Love gives you rest. Love has sacrificed and laid down his life so that you may have the benefit of an eternal life. That is the ultimate gift: Salvation! No one or nothing can give you anything that amounts to or comes close to this present.

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 NLT

All you have to do is accept Love. Jesus is Love. There is no greater love than what God has for you. It is not a trick. The process is important but simple. It requires belief in Jesus, repentance, confession and baptism.

“Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." MATT 28.18-19.NLT

Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.Mark 16.16.NLT

"If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” Romans 10:9‭-‬11 NLT

How will you use your talents to share this message? It is important that others also know what you know. Be confident and share your knowledge. Some preach, some teach, some sing and some write. Whatever you do, be sure to include the Good News in every conversation, in all situations or circumstances.

However, if you have not believed, confessed, repented and confessed; you know now what God requires of you. I repeat, the process is simple. Get excited about this reality: you too can receive the gift of everlasting life.

Jesus replied, “But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice.” Luke 11.28.NLT

He is waiting for you. He loves you and wants everyone to choose him for themselves. I urge you not to gamble with the safety of your soul.

Final thoughts:

Share this message with everyone: friends, family, acquaintances, all. Remember the sacrifice and do your part. Thank God for the present of eternal life. The best gift one could ever receive. Always remember, God loves you.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
