Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are the dynamic duo in the celebrity world but when you add Stephen Amell to the mix you get the TRIPLE THREAT. And by triple threat I mean that all three are beautiful, they star in two of the best shows (in my opinion), they're father of the year to the cutest kids you will ever see and actually make time for their wives and kids. Most importantly, they juggle acting and living a celebrity lifestyle and somehow still manage to do T-shirt campaigns to raise money for charities that they chose. Hello, can they get any more perfect? I think not.
Stephen Amell was the first of the group to start the t-shirt line with the "F@#! cancer" campaign. He expected to sell only 500 products and ended up selling over 60,000 with the proceeds going to a cancer organization. The next campaign was revolved around Stephen making up a new word in which he stated that this campaign was a way to get people talking and "what better way to get people talking than by creating a new word". The word is "Sinceriously". If you're going say something, say it sinceriously.
Paws and Stripes and Stand for Silent were the chosen charities for what the proceeds were going to. Paws and Stripes is a charity that helps wounded military veterans by giving them service dogs, while the Stand for Silent is a group advocating anti-bullying. While both are different, they both serve a great purpose. Stephen sold over 67,000 shirts.
Jared Padalecki took after Stephen and started a campaign of his own. The campaign is titled "Always Keep Fighting."
Always Keep Fighting was made for people who battle with many metal health problems ranging from depression, self mutilation, suicide and so on. It was made to raise money for these groups, for awareness and most importantly to send the message to ALWAYS keep fighting and to not give up. Jared did this because he has also battled with depression before. Proceeds went to many groups such as To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA), Wounded Warrior Project, A.I.R Attitudes in Reverse- Student Suicide Prevention and many other groups that support mental health.
Jensen Ackles joined in on the opportunity to help raise awareness and to send the positive message to everyone who struggles with a mental illness. They have made three rounds of "Always Keep Fighting" campaign with a different design each round. They've sold way over 80,000 shirts/sweatshirts.
Stephen has supported Jared and Jensen's campaign by spreading the word and posting on his on Facebook so that everyone including fans of both Supernatural and Arrow could get in on the opportunity.
For guys who are going on multiple seasons of their shows, are married and have kids, they still find the time to put effort and energy into something they feel passionate about. I not only applaud them for everything they do and the money they raise, but I also am a big fan of them, their shows and buy the shirts that they sell because hello, it's for a good cause! Bravo to these guys for juggling everything but still making time for such big projects that reach out to many. We love you all!
The next time these guys put out a campaign just listen to Shia LeBouf and "JUST DO IT."
