It's a typical Tuesday night. You're in your bed watching "The Office" for the sixth time on Netflix and eating string cheese when suddenly you hear it. Bang. Bang, Bang, Bang. Bang. It's no secret that Milledgeville has had multiple occurrences of shootings over the past few months and the officials at Georgia College are quick to inform students of these incidents. While the shootings have not at all The average Milledgevillians' thought process goes a little like this:
1. FUN! Fireworks. Dang, I love fireworks. So festive.

3. Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no. It's happening. It's happening again.
4. EVERYBODY JUST BE CALM OKAY?!?!?!?!?!
5. Duck and cover! Get away from the windows!
6. Gosh I'm smart, laying on the floor like a secret agent. No stray shots in my house today, NO SIR.
7. Haven't heard anything for a while..... Maybe I can stand up....
8. Okay. I'm up. I'm safe. It's fine. It's over.
9. Oh man. That was silly. I'm probably overreacting.
10. Maybe the news will explain this malarkey. "SHOOTING CONFIRMED IN THE CITY OF MILLEDGEVILLE."
