Thanksgiving teased us with the sweet taste of freedom that is a week full of classes and a hand full of tests away and now Christmas break seems like it will never come. Although we try to keep the sunny disposition that Leslie Knope shines with her wherever she goes, it is most likely April’s glass-half empty outlook on life that a sad college student dreading finals week is most likely going to relate to.
Getting off of Thanksgiving break and realizing you actually have to finish the rest of the semester.
Contemplating dropping out but then realizing money does not grow on trees.
When you hear the teacher say that the final is cumulative.
Every time you come in contact with another human being.
When people ask you how your week is going.
Actually trying to sit down and study.
During a study break.
Reassuring your friends that you can pass.
During the exam.
After the exam.
When you check your grades and realize you actually passed.
