With every great night out comes great memories, but then again, with every great night out there also tends to be a great lack of memories as well.

For centuries, philosophers have wondered what the hell happened last night. According to Urban Dictionary, the phrase "what did I do last night" can only be defined as "The question you ask yourself or your friends after a night of heavy drinking. Often, you do not want to hear the response, but need to know if you should apologize to anyone or get checked for STDs.
You usually spend the rest of the day dwelling on the events of the past night and slapping yourself on the head".

Even Bo Burnham has wondered what has happened for him the night prior, writing WDIDLN expressing in song exactly how many people feel upon waking up.

These seven questions will undoubtably be asked if you had what many would consider (there's no way to know for sure because you just don't remember) a potentially great night out.

1. Where did I go?

Upon waking up, one of the great wonders you might have are where did you actually end up last night? Knowing where you went will definitely help you piece together the rest of your night.

2. What are these pictures from?

You might have pictures, you might not. But sometimes the pictures you do have are not the ones you expected. While they can help you piece together some other aspects of the night, they also might force you to relive some moments you wish you hadn't remembered

3. I said that?

Going through your texts the next day can show you all the terrible conversations had. Maybe you texted an ex, maybe you texted someone you currently like, maybe you texted your parents. Regardless, it probably didn't go well.

4. How much did I have to drink?

At what point did you lose count is also a good question to ask. But if you feel like death, chances are you didn't cut yourself off as soon as you should have, or at all. Knowing how much you had also can help you justify things that occurred.

5. How much money did I spend?

Looking at your debit card balance might be a worthwhile thing to check. This can also help you figure out how much you had to drink, if you went to a bar, or if you got late night food.

6. Who was I with?

Just because you went out with certain people does not mean you stayed out with them. You might have switched groups of people three to five times. Figuring out who you were with can also help you do damage control with them in the morning.

7. Where did this come from?

Whether it be a bruise, a hickey, or a stolen good, you might end up with items you didn't go out with. Once again, identifying where they came from can really help you figure out just what the hell you did last night.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
