Life can be way too stressful and we all get caught up in the issues that arise in life. Sometimes we need to take a breathe and enjoy the smaller things. The little things, things that we take for granted but when they happen can brighten your day so much. The things that do not mean anything to some people but mean everything to other people. We need to fall in love with the little things in life and that will surpass the bigger issues that arise. Love overtakes hate every time.

Things we can all fall in love with;

1. PUPPIES

Who doesn't love puppies? They are sweet and innocent and they love unconditionally. Puppies are small but can have a big impact on anyone's day. Take time out of your busy schedule and spend a few hours at an animal shelter those puppies need all the love they can get plus you are getting to play with puppies. It really is a win win.

2. ICE CREAM

Nothing tastes better on sunburnt lips than the taste of frozen ice cream. Everyone says the ice cream has the ability to soothe any broken heart. Ice cream is pretty much magic and can fix any problem and it has the ability to bond people together. After a stressful day treat yourself and enjoy your favorite treat. Whether you hit up sonic by yourself or you grab a bunch of friends to drive down to the frozen yogurt shack to enjoy the frozen treat.

3. HAMMOCKING

Some days life is just too much for us all. When this happens being alone outside is the best solution. Just grab your double nest eno and got hang between two tress and enjoy the beautiful nature God has blessed us all with. Night hammocking on a summer night is the best stress reliever ever. You just lay there under the stars with only the light of the moon on you and you find peace. Life is hard but it is easier in a hammock.

4. CRUISING

So much of the day we spend driving in traffic always in a hurry to get somewhere. How often do we just cruise the back roads with the ones that love us the most, our dogs. Sometimes after a crazy day being stuck in traffic for two hours trying to get somewhere we don't even want to go you just need to hit a old dirt road with the windows down and breathe. Listen to your favorite song as loud as you want. Find yourself again and lose the anger and hatred you had acquired from the stressful day. Fall in love with your life for a little bit and just calm down.

5. BUBBLE BATH

Taking a long nice bubble bath is honestly the cure for any long day at work. You are on your feet listening to people whine and complain about stuff no one can change and you just need to take time for yourself at the end of the day and sit in a tub with bubbles to your ears and relax, don't think about anything or anyone just relax. It is so beneficial to the renewal of your soul.

So no matter how stressful life can be, find something to fall in love with and you will make it through. Enjoy the little things because they disappear way to quick.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
