The Law Of Attraction. What Is It? And How Can It Help You?

Inside our minds, we all have some sort of reasoning as to why we believe that things happen the way that they do in the world. You may see it as completely random, you may believe that your religion dictates it, and there is no correct way to define how the world works. One other outlook that people may believe in is The Law of Attraction. It may sound far fetched, but it could also change the way that you live your life.

The basis of the Law of Attraction is this: Whatever you put out into the universe, the universe will bring back to you. What you say and how you act influences the world around you. Its core values are very similar to the idea that everything happens for a reason. Whether you know it or not, you are constantly sending messages to the world around you, and those thoughts and messages can influence your future.

There are very simple changes that you can make in life that can help the Law of Attraction work for you. It starts with a mindset change. Rather than focusing on the negative aspects of life, focus on the positives. Instead of dwelling on the traffic that makes you late for class, acknowledge that there is no longer anything you can do to fix the situation, and appreciate your extra alone time in the car. By focusing your energy on being positive and staying in a positive mindset, the universe will bring prosperity back to you.

A tool that many people use in order to manifest that prosperity into their lives is through journaling. Whenever you are starting to feel negative about life, take out a journal, and write out your gratitudes. It can be the things that you don't even think about often but are still blessings in life, "I am grateful to have a roof over my head. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for my friends." By doing this, you are now sending your positivity out into the universe and that is what you will receive in return.

This is by no means saying though, that sadness has no place in life. Of course, we all feel anger and disappointment in life. That is a natural human emotion. The key to the Law of Attraction though is not letting those negative emotions rule your life. Rather than letting something ruin your whole day, focus on tasks you can do to make the day better.

The Law of Attraction is no exact science. There are no strict rules for it. But, by following its general ideas and living in this lifestyle, it can be extremely rewarding. There are so many other facets within the Law of Attraction such as manifesting your future. At its core, the Law only aims to improve your life by focusing on the light rather than the dark. It doesn't have to be an immediate switch, but when you remember try writing down your gratitudes. Focus on happy times rather than the sorrow. Then, the universe will only deliver you more of those prosperous times.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
