We live in a world today where we are constantly surrounded by negativity. No matter where we go, there always seems to be something or someone that is waiting to tear us down or make us feel bad about ourselves. In a world like this, it is important to lift one another up and show kindness and love to those that we meet.

We never know what kind of day a person is having and our words to them can either help how their day is going or make it worse. Sometimes, we don't even have to have the "right" words to make their day better; a simple smile can go a long way and mean more than we think.

Even if people that we come in contact with aren't kind to us, it is important that we take time to think to ourselves, "maybe they are just having a bad day." and put a smile on our face and do our best to make their day just a little brighter. Even if some people don't have to have the same views and opinions as us, it is important to respect their viewpoints and ideas and treat them with kindness.

There is too much negativity in this world and we do not need to contribute to it. We can be the change and spread love and kindness into the world and make this place just a little brighter.
