The holidays have always had some of the best food. From celebrating the Seven Fishes to New Year's Day dinner, food has always been an essential part of the holiday season. Lately, I have been trying out my own recipes at home and see which ones I like. My favorite, so far, is my Buffalo-Style cauliflower and broccoli bites. Here's what you need:
Ingredients
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Breadcrumbs
Directions
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
2. Next, combine hot sauce, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl and mix well.
3. Pour into a plastic bag (or reusable silicone bag).
4. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Make sure all pieces are coated in the sauce then let marinate for an hour.
5. Preheat oven to 375
6. Using a fork, take out florets. Save the leftover sauce!
7. Evenly coat the broccoli & cauliflower with breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or reusable baking liners)
8. Drizzle leftover sauce on top or leave it for dipping. Your choice!
9. Bake for 15 minutes
10. Enjoy!!
