The trend of Vinyl of back! We may not know exactly why, but we do know that they do have this almost magically quality that can whisk you into the past. The real question is, what voices are the best to hear, that will really embody everything that the past has to offer?

Check it out!

1. Frank Sinatra

Commonly referred as the King of Jazz, Sinatra is always a good pick. "Come Fly Away With Me," and "Moonlight Sinatra" are very wonderful albums to listen to, as well as the classic "New York" anthem everyone knows very well!

2. The Beatles

The Beatles were truly the band that stood the test of time. Classics like "Revolution," "Abbey Road," and "Sargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club" are unforgettable.

3. Foreigner

I had to throw this band in there because they are personally one of my favorites; however, Foreigner is well known for their hits "Cold As Ice", "Jukebox Hero", and "Girl Like You." The must have albums for them include "4," and "Double Vision."

4. Micheal Jackson

The amazing King of Pop. Of course, "Thriller" is a MUST HAVE and let's not forget about "Bad" either!

5. The Doors

Their self-titled album is record player gold.

6. The Beach Boys

"Pet Sounds" by The Beach Boys is a good one to have in your collection. It features the well-known classic "Wouldn't It Be Nice."

7. The Rolling Stones

The Rolling Stones? Well duh.

8. Led Zeppelin

Another classic rock band, any of their albums are amazing, but "Led Zeppelin IV" is one of their best works.

9. Pink Floyd

"Dark Side Of The Moon?" If you haven't heard of this classic, you better get to listening!

10. David Bowie

David Bowie was must to put on this list. He was innovative, and truly a legend. He released a number one album called "Black Star" in 2016 shortly before he passed. However, his classics are truly ones to remember as well such as "Honky Dory," "Low," and "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust" and "the Spiders from Mars."

11. Prince

Another legend that was taken a too soon for everyone's liking, his record "Purple Rain" is a classic that everyone loves and knows.

R.I.P to David Bowie and Prince. Two Iconic artists that impacted music in ways we could never even imagine, and an amazing way to finish up the list.

I hope this gives inspiration to all the record player owners out there!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
